Transcendent Rhinos aren’t crafting materials or resources like the Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Supple Piel, they’re Account Items that grant the player Kamura Points – 650 a piece.
More importantly, they’re an essential part of certain sidequests, hence the demand for them. It’s effectively an enhanced version of the King Rhino that features prominently in the Monster Hunter Rise King Rhino, Rock Roses, and Bismuth Prism questline, but exclusive to Master Rank quests in the Sunbreak DLC.
