Prime Day Lego deals 2022

Prime Day Lego deals officially ended as of midnight last night – but we’re still seeing discounts and price cuts continue. That means if you’re still looking for something in particular, missed the whole event, or are just browsing for a bargain, there’s a decent chance there’s going to be something for you still.

We’re rounding up all the best Lego deals that have continued, scouring the virtual aisles for the heaviest price drops – we have seen offers spanning Nintendo, Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and more, hang around still, so it’s worth a peruse if you’re in the market for a post-Prime Day Lego deal.

Because our team has been at this for quite a while (we’ve been covering Prime Day Lego deals for more than three years), we’ve built up quite a few tips and tricks for you to take advantage of – even after the big day has finished. Namely, we can point you in the direction of the best Lego sets and still let you know if it’s actually a good offer or not. No matter whether you’re hunting down the best Lego Star Wars sets, Lego Super Mario sets, or something else entirely, you are very likely to still find what you’re after below.

You’ll also find plenty more Lego deals further down the page. There are plenty of offers that aren’t necessarily tied to Amazon now too.

Prime Day Lego deals – FAQ

You can always rely on the competition to bring their own sales

Nonetheless, you aren’t completely sunk without a membership. There are plenty of offers for non-subscribers, and you can always rely on the competition to bring their own sales too. Basically, keep your eyes open for Best Buy, Walmart, and Target sales away from Amazon itself during that week.

What to expect from Prime Day Lego deals 2022

Lego Star Wars Helmets

Here’s hoping for a discount on Lego Star Wars helmets in 2022’s Prime Day Lego deals (Image credit: LEGO)

Even though the best offers tend to be reserved for Amazon gear, TVs, or Prime Day laptop deals, that isn’t to say savings on Lego aren’t available. In fact, you can get a good deal of money off sets if you’re quick.

Based on Primes of years past, we expect the most tempting offers to be on Star Wars kits in 2022. These always seem to get the lion’s share of reductions and are some of the most popular sets overall, so it stands to reason that they’ll be spotlighted. We always see discounts on helmets (as evidenced by the Stormtrooper’s (opens in new tab) 20% discount last year, not to mention the constant price-drops we’ve had on Darth Vader’s mask (opens in new tab) over the last few months) and mid-range vehicles such as the AT-ST from Mandalorian (opens in new tab), so they’re a safe bet this time around. Similarly, the new diorama kits – such as the Death Star Trench Run (opens in new tab) – could get a price cut as well. These haven’t been discounted since hitting shelves recently, so Prime Day could be your first opportunity to save cash on them.

Be sure to watch out for the hugely popular Millennium Falcon (opens in new tab) as well. Although it averages at $140 or more, the lowest price we’ve ever seen was $128 in August 2021. Anything close to that is worth pouncing on.

Classic kits have been known to get great deals as well

Harry Potter and Super Mario sets are sure bets too. They always go on offer during sales, as evidenced by Walmart’s $20 saving on the Great Hall (opens in new tab). In much the same way, the Super Mario starter course (opens in new tab) has been at $47.99 since before the last Prime Day Lego deals, so it could easily drop further this time around.

Surprisingly, Classic kits (such as the Transparent Bricks (opens in new tab)) have been known to get great deals as well, as have entries from the Architecture range. We don’t see why this won’t continue in 2022.
